Just a bit of a happy note on a bit of a rainy, dreary day

I've enjoyed Trish's support for what I think is over a year, and she's grown so much, tailoring her services to fit my ever-changing mental and physical states, and that of my fur baby (my cat). It's important to me that he feels safe- and he definitely does around her. I know I've told you before, but I am growing aware that Trish performs succinct tasks that no other cleaner or support worker has before, seeing to my sensory needs, working her magic around my (sometimes) chaotic house, and always doing more than what I need. Please don't let her go at any point- she's a keeper 🙂 Just thought I'd share, as I'm beyond happy when she's finished her shift, and always try to make her feel welcome and appreciated. I would love it if you would give her some brownie points for always turning up with a smile on her face and a sunny disposition, as my mental health needs that from my supports.

Trish has been so accommodating with my cat. She always lets him up and down the stairs at the appropriate times (he's scared of the vacuum) and turns it off when he's passing, so he's literally trained now to go wherever we guide him together. Please thank her for her respect and kindness- she does absolutely everything
I need her to and always has a smile.
This week has been particularly hard for me, so having her in my home, doing things I can't and making my little ecosystem more enjoyable and liveable is an absolute blessing. You've trained her well.

“Good morning , Just wanted to let you know that Keita was extremely helpful yesterday. She did a great job. She was very thorough and checked when unsure. Keita worked independently with little direction from me. It was a pleasure to have Keita in my home. My husband, Santo, commented on the fact that Keita had done a good job.
