About us

Our Company

Founded in 2017 by Brisbane businesswoman Trenna Reid, RedEcare began as Red Mop, a company focused on providing reliable cleaning services. With the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in 2018, we recognized a unique opportunity to support individuals with disabilities, leading us to expand our services and transition into RedEcare.

This shift reflected our dedication to serving the community as a trusted provider of disability and home care services. Today, RedEcare proudly supports hundreds of clients through compassionate care, empowering them to lead more independent lives.

The Evolution of RedEcare

Founded in 2017 by Brisbane businesswoman Trenna Reid, RedEcare originally began as Red Mop, a sole trading business dedicated to providing reliable cleaning services to the local community.

In 2018, with the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Brisbane, we saw a unique opportunity to expand our services and support individuals with disabilities. We became a registered NDIS provider, marking the beginning of our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of people living with disabilities.

In 2022, we incorporated as Red Mop Pty Ltd, enabling us to offer support work and home care services to Plan and Self-managed NDIS participants.

In 2024, we rebranded as RedEcare to better reflect our broader mission: to serve the community as a trusted provider of both disability and home care services.

Today, RedEcare proudly supports hundreds of clients, delivering compassionate care that empowers individuals to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. We remain dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients, fostering inclusion, and making a lasting positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our Mission

At RedEcare, our mission is to empower individuals by providing compassionate, client-centered support services. We believe in giving our clients the freedom to make choices about their care and fostering independence. Through flexible, high-quality services, we aim to enrich lives with the values of respect, integrity, and consistency, creating lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Future Expansion

As we look to the future, RedEcare remains committed to broadening our range of services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We’re excited to announce potential expansions into Aged Care services, bringing the same compassion and dedication to support seniors as they navigate daily life. Stay tuned as we continue to grow and offer even more ways to help our community live fully and independently.
